Customer Service, Shipping&Returns and FAQ
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from our Montreal, QC based warehouse. Occasionally, we may have a supplier drop ship an order to you but everything ships from within Canada.
Which Shipping method do you use ?
We mostly ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Higher value orders or Express Orders may ship FEDEX, UPS or Purolator. We do take the liberty of choosing the best, most economical shipping option with tracking.
How fast do you ship ?
Items that are in stock typically ship within 1 business day. Items not in stock typically ship within 1 business day of receiving them from our suppliers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $30 (before tax) to most Canadian addresses.
Do you offer Express/Overnight shipping ?
We do but only within Canada. Exceptions may apply but for most urban areas, we offer FEDEX Priority Overnight (Next Business Day delivery).
Our return policy is 30 days starting from the day you received the item (as per tracking number).
We pay return shipping if
- the wrong item was shipped or
- if the item received was defective.
If you simply wish to return the item because you don't like it, changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or for any other reason, you can do so within 30 days for a full refund but the return shipping is at your expense.
If you need to return an item at your expense, feel free to ask us a return label which may be less expensive and more convenient for you than over-the-counter Canada Post rates (we would let you know the cost before issuing the label). We would then simply deduct the cost of the label from your refund.
We don't charge restocking fees except for high value electronics such as smartphones for example if they have been damaged.
To start a return for a defective or wrongly shipped item, please contact us so we can e-mail you a return label.
